Teamsters Local 174 & 231 members made history today when a group of 450 waste management employees in King and Skagit County voted for the first time to ratify an agreement, which covers them all. The agreement is historic not only in its scope, as it brings together many separated treaties into one, but also historically in its achievements both in language and in the economy.     It also guarantees five years of full maintenance of benefits for all waste management employees in the best available team medical plan and adds to the pension contribution of more than 2 $US per hour on the five-year contract.
